13,585 sf strip center anchored by Hollywood Video, located at the SWC of Clarke Road and Silver Star Road in Ocoee, Florida.

This project is part of a larger development which includes Walgreens, Dunkin' Donuts, Burger King, Donatos, Crown Bank, a branch of the Orange County Library System and a public elementary school.

Project Status: All of the improvements for the development have been completed. Final site plan and building permit approval in process. Contruction start target date—first quarter, 2005.
